DreamShine Community Art Services is a central part of DreamShine Community Interest Company. Our aim is to give a platform to artists living in North-East England who would otherwise struggle to get their work out there. We currently offer a range of affordable art services including an Elf Portrait Service, Family and Pet Portrait Service, Caravan Art and much more.
